How can I qualify for Free Shipping?

We offer Free ground shipping on all USA orders.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a PayPal account or the Credit or Debit Card of your preference. We accept Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. Shop safe! PayPal manages all credit card transactions in our shop, fully encrypted and secure. 

Do I need a PayPal account?

No, you can also pay with Credit or Debit card.

How long does it take to process an order?

All items ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles. We are still based in Bogotá, Colombia and we love it! We just hired a logistic company and moved our entire inventory to the US, doing so allow us to provide faster and cheaper service to our customers. We process all orders from Monday to Friday. If your order is received after 1:00 p.m. (EST) or on weekends it will be processed the next business day. Orders usually arrive to their final destination within 3 to 6 business days from the date they were processed.

Are your products available internationally?

We are very proud of shipping our products internationally. If your country is not listed please contact us to see how we can help you. Unfortunately, at the time we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. For orders outside US and Canada some customs charges may apply. If any, they are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to please check with your local customs to determine if any extra fees will be charged at your country.

How can I make a return or exchange?

As we said before, please feel free to contact us before buying if you have any question. Is it the Color? Materials? Measurements? Just email us!

Anyways if your purchase is not what you expected you can return it for exchange (other product) or store credit. Returned products must be in their original conditions, never worn or washed and with all their original tags and labels attached. Most returns are free of charge but they are subject to approval and will only be accepted if the goods are unworn and in perfect condition. Returned items must be sent within 10 business days from delivery date. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

To submit a return request please write to help@behasso.com with the subject “Return”. One of our representatives will get back to you with a confirmation mail and a pre-paid shipping label (Only for US orders).

Non-US orders are not eligible for free returns. In this case, please write to help@behasso.com with the subject “International Return”. We will get back to you with a proper shipping label, please print it and tape it on the return package and take it to the postal facility of your choice. A carrier with tracking is recommended. You are responsible for the shipment so it is also recommended that you insure the package.
